Leeds Accomodation Forum is a membership organisation that provides a full range of training, representation and support to voluntary sector housing organisations in West Yorkshire.
LAF is organised as an independent, representative collective of fully participating member organisations. We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. LAF is run by  a Board of Trustees, who are elected representatives from our member agencies.
Please note that because LAF is a membership organisation, there are some areas of the web site that are not accessible to all web users.

    LAF Goals
    • To raise standards in those services that support homless people so that all vulnerable people with housing need in Yorkshire are decently housed and provided with the support they need to live independently.
    • To pormote constructive dialogue and partnership working between all agencies who are engaged in the field of supported housing and care, including statutory and non-statutory services, in order to tackle the problem of homelesness.

    LAF's Values
    • To develop an ongoing and shared learning environment for people and agencies, especialy those in the non-statutory sector, who are working in te field of homelessness and ousing need.
    • To provide a high quality professional training and communication service that is relevant, practical, affordable and focussed on positive outcomes.
    • To have an absolute commitment to diversity. By diversity LAF understands: recognising and valuing differences: and recognising and seeking to redress inequality and disadvantage.
    • To promote the value of supported housing, and non-accommodation linked support services, as a means whereby vulnerable and homeless people can achieve independence, dignity and self respect.
    • To be an ethical business.
