Susan Cox is LAF Yorkshire Ltd's Project Director. She has worked for LAF since 2003 with David Mason to provide LAF's excellent and well organised training programme and to manage LAF's financial administration. Susan has a lot of experience with education in the community and workplace. As well as a BA degree she has a Post Graduate Certificate of Education for Post Compulsory Education and Training and a Diploma in Life Coaching. She has worked as a team leader for a couple of leading banks and as a trainer for Thomas Danby College, the Swarthmore Education Centre, Leeds City Council and Sure Start. She has also facilitated in-house training for the Yorkshire Bank, the Alliance and Leicester and the Adult and Community Learning Services for Leeds City Council. Susan also handles the finances for LAF and her experience of 11 years of banking has assisted her in this role.

Elizabeth Bailey is LAF's Training Manager. She is a training and development professional with over 20 years experience in private, public and third sector organisations. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has an MA in Diversity Management from Leeds University Business School and a Diploma in Training Management. She has delivered training and development interventions to managers and staff for organisations including: First Direct, Alliance and Leicester, American Express, MFI, Tarmac, DLA Piper LLP, Autoglass, Powergen and FMG Support. She also has frontline third sector experience working at Shantona Women’s Centre in Harehills, Leeds, where she was responsible for Supplementary Schools, youth work and Connexions.Her role at LAF is to review our current training provision and help plan our training and development strategy going forward.

Lisa Morris is LAF's Training and Administrative Officer. She works with David Mason to provide LAF's training programme, and to manage LAF's CRB administration. She has worked for LAF since 2008. Lisa has a lot of experience with working in customer service. She has worked as a trainer for the Alliance and Leicester Bank plc. She is always happy to discuss training options with prospective clients. Lisa also manages the LAF CRB administration, dealing with queries, maintaining records and liaising with the CRB.

Deborah Graham is LAF's volunteer administrator. She works alonside Lisa to ensure that LAF has a smooth running office and training reception. Deborah has spent a lot of time supporting others in their work and lived abroad in Cyprus for a few years. Deborah is very helpful and welcoming to all visitors and staff.
