LAF has run a series of courses on the New QAF for those organisations who are planning to enhance their existing QAF. They have been so popular that we have had to repeat them - Monday 30th March 2009, Monday 20th April 2009, Friday 15th May 2009, Monday 20th July 2009, Friday 27th November 2009, Thursday 18th March 2010 - all were full. So, for possibly the last time, we are offering a course on Monday 12th July 2010 , so if you missed the others, now is the time to book! (You also might be interested in the Achieving QAF at Level A and Encouraging and Dealing with Complaints courses = we've scheduled 5 so far this year and are about to offer more - check this website for details!)
