What are LAF Training Vouchers?

LAF Training Vouchers are pre-paid passports to training. They cost £76 each for LAF Member Organisations and £83 each for Non-Member Organisations. They are cheaper than the normal rate for a course because they are bought in advance and they make the course administration much quicker and easier for LAF. Each voucher is valid for a single day’s training for one person.

LAF Training Vouchers are a way of:

• Buying training in advance
• Buying training at today’s prices and spending it at tomorrow’s
• Helping to manage the training budget
• Ensuring you don’t lose out at the year end
• Getting a discount on your training

How it works:

• Just send us an order for the number of Training Vouchers you want (minimum order five). We will invoice you and then send you the vouchers.
• The next time you want to book a Training Course, send in the booking form and voucher. You will then have a paid place on the course. (Subject to availability)
• Use the Vouchers as payment or part payment for in-house courses. (Contact us for further information.)
• These vouchers are valid for eighteen months after the purchase date.

• "Practical" means that we provide people who come on our courses with a number of techniques/ actions to use in their everyday work to improve what they do. We provide practitioner delivered training.
• "Reassuringly competitive" means just what it says. Our courses are not free or "cheap" but they are competitively priced and this is a sign of their quality. We offer membership which results in lower costs for accessing training.
• "Reassuringly generous" means that LAF has a commitment to ensuring as much of the customers’ money as possible is dedicated to frontline service delivery - by paying a generous rate to trainers LAF expects and secures an excellent standard of preparation and delivery.
