You may book a place on this course by either posting / faxing a booking form to us, or by booking online (when the system is working again!).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by phone, fax, letter or e-mail more than 20 working days before the course is due to run - a full refund will be given
- Cancellation by phone, fax, letter or e-mail between 20 - 10 working days before the course is due to run - a full refund given if the place can be allocated to someone else
- Cancellation by phone, fax, letter or e-mail less than 10 working days before the course is due to run - no refund will be given
LAF is quite happy for substitutions to be made in the event that the named participant cannot attend - please let us know as soon as possible, so we can produce the relevant personalised materials
LAF Code of Conduct - LAF expects participants to engage with the training to respect confidentiality, other participants' views and cultural, diversity and equal opportunities issues. LAF retains the right to remove participants from the course if they are disregarding this policy and are disrupting the learning of others
