Course Description:

About the course

To increase confidence in Routine Assessment and Risk Assessment. To enable staff to maximise their use of external services/agencies. Empower staff in using advocacy skills on behalf of clients. This course is designed for residential workers, supported housing officers and day centre and resettlement workers who already have some experience in dealing with their respective client groups.

About the Trainer:

David has over 14 years experience in supported and special needs housing, formerly as Area Manager for a Housing Trust which specialises in the accommodation and resettlement of ex-offenders, including problem and dependent drug users.
