About the course
This course aims to help managers and staff within residential, housing support, sheltered housing complexes and floating support services, develop a strategy for working with clients to produce effective Support Plans. It looks in detail at the framework placed on supported housing providers by Supporting People.
This focus course is at an advanced level and is aimed at more experienced staff with at least two years experience. Participants are asked to bring existing support planning documentation in use in their organisations. The course complements an Introductory Support Planning course and participants are expected to have attended this course or at least be aware of the material covered by it.
