Learning Outcomes.

At the end of the course participants should be able:

  • To induce the states of calm and relaxation.
  • To implement practical mental tools that can change their focus of attention away from stress and problems towards wellbeing and inner resilience.
  • To understand how the Positive Mental Attitude exercises aid the release of stress.

The Release the Stress workshop utilises the strategies, attitude and techniques of Mindmechanics.
