This course is suitable to people who have attended the first Assertiveness course. The course is designed to build on the skills and techniques and apply them specifically to interactions with people.

About the Trainer:

Judy has 15 years experience working as a trainer and consultant with the voluntary and community sector. Formerly working in adult education and welfare rights, she has a wealth of experience in support and guidance, combined with a knowledge of personal development training and management coaching. She developed the "Holistic Manager" workshops for VA-L encouraging black and ethnic minority workers to get a "taster" of different aspects of management.
