About the course:

This course focuses on what it is that makes a team work well and deliver positive results. Whether you are an established team which would like to improve performance or a new team who would benefit from a greater understanding of each other, this course will introduce a variety of concepts, information and some techniques to improve communication and team performance.

• to recognise the stage that their team is working in and to assess what approaches will best help the team to move on to the next development stage

• how to assess the existing communication systems and whether they help or hinder progress
• to understand different leadership styles and team stages and how they impact on communication including, addressing conflict within the team and developing mutual trust
