Trainer: Nik Rabbani-Barker
Category: Interpersonal

Course Description:

About the course.

How can we remain in control and at ease despite difficult circumstances?

Your ability to respond resourcefully to what your life throws at you is determined by your perception and mindset.  Discover the hidden traps concealed in a victim mindset and learn the secrets of how to overcome them.

This course challenges negative belief systems and aims to provide the mental tools to overcome limiting thought processes. It is a bold and interesting workshop full of ideas and possibilities to enable positive emotional state management thereby reducing the need for conflict and separation between people.

This extraordinary course is for those people who are ready to be stress-free and feel hungry for success.  You'll wonder how you managed without it!

Course methods.

Reflection-in-action will be a key element.  The course will be interactive and participatory with course participants bringing live issues to each session; these will be used as a framework upon which to hook learning.  This course is experiential and will increase life choices and wellbeing.

It is suitable for staff at all levels.

Learning Outcomes.

At the end of the course participants should:

  • Be able to recognise when and where they become ensnared by a victim mindset.
