Course
When: 05 October
Course Name: The Emotional Intelligence Course
Trainer: Nik Rabbani-Barker
Category: Interpersonal

Course Description:

About the course.

How can we help clients to climb out of the downward spiral of negative emotions?

How can we help them and ourselves to be free of past events and move onwards?

Each decision we make, each action we take is informed by our emotional mood.  Some of the emotions that we experience can interfere with our reasoning and creativity and hinder our progress.

This workshop offers practical tools that form a navigational pathway to manage difficult emotions. The pathway has grown organically from work within the mental health sector.

With the information in this course you will improve the harmony within your relationships through greater independence and interdependence.

Become more powerful and dynamic in your life by identifying and dissolving the blocks that keep you stuck

Course methods.

Reflection-in-action will be a key element.  The course will be interactive and participatory with course participants bringing live issues to each session; these will be used as a framework upon which to hook learning.  This course is experiential and will improve wellbeing.
