This one day participatory workshop aimed at busy professionals working at any level who want to create more space in their lives creating a better balance between work and life therefore enhancing their quality of life by making room for their priorities.
Once the model has been understood and applied to participant's own lives they will be able to assist either their staff or service users to use this model to effectively redress imbalances in their lives.
The course will be highly participative and participants will work on priorities in their own lives in addition to self reflection.
